Obituary of Alice Vera Elliott

At Listowel Memorial Hospital, North Perth (Listowel) on Tuesday, July 11, 2006, Mrs. Alice Elliott of Bluevale, age 98 years. The former Alice Meahan beloved wife of the late Harry Elliott who predeceased her in 1983. Dear mother of John and Helen Elliott of Richmond Hill, and Phyllis and Alvin Gamble of Listowel Loving grandmother of Robert and Karen Elliott of Aurora, Douglas and Cindy Elliott of Oak Ridges and Lynne Bierling of Listowel. Also survived by great-grandchildren Cameron Bierling, Carson Emerson and Alice Elliott. Predeceased by her parents Tony and Elizabeth (Batters) Meahan, seven brothers and four sisters. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Thursday, from 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral chapel on Friday at 11:00 am. Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario. Memorial donations to Bluevale Presbyterian Church, Alzheimer Society or Diabetes Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
