Obituary of Charles Robert Sanburn

At Wingham & District Hospital, on Friday, October 24, 2008, Mr. Charlie Sanburn of R.R. # 1, Bluevale, age 78 years. Dear son of the late Meldrum and Viola (Sharpin) Sanburn. Brother of Isabelle Hislop of R.R. # 2, Wroxeter, Mae and Harry Thorpe of Kamloops B.C., Mabel and Leslie Jacklin and Edith and Harold Quipp of Wingham and Jack Sanburn of Gorrie. Also survived by his nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister-in-law Donna Sanburn, his brother-in-law George Hislop and his nephew Reuben Jacklin. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Sunday, 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Monday at 1:30 pm. Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Interment in Wroxeter Cemetery, Howick Township. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
