Obituary of Hazel Doreen Ritchie

At Braemar Retirement Centre, on Tuesday, October 28, 2008, Mrs. Hazel Ritchie of Wingham, age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Stewart Ritchie who predeceased her in 1975. Dear mother of Sharon Cameron of Belgrave, James Ritchie of Sudbury and Thomas Ritchie of Wingham. Grandmother of Steven and Linda Cameron, Lori McIntosh, Kevin and Lisa Ritchie, and Tracy and Owen Marcotte. Also survived by nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters. Predeceased by her parents Ernest and Olive (Smith) Lewis, her son-in-law Tom Cameron, her brother Jack Lewis and her sister Elizabeth (Fry) Ashbaugh. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Thursday from 7:00-9:00 pm. and Friday from 2:30-4:30 pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 1:30 pm. Major Marie Simmonds officiating. Final resting place Wingham Cemetery. Memorial donations to Sleeping Children Around the World would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
