Obituary of Helen Elizabeth Montgomery

At Wingham & District Hospital, on Monday, November 03, 2008, Helen Montgomery of Blyth, formerly of Teeswater age 80 years. The former Helen Pettit beloved wife of Robert Montgomery. Dear mother of David and Mary Lou Montgomery of Teeswater, Rob Montgomery in British Columbia, Gayle and Roger Irvine of Wingham and Cindy and Bill deVos of R.R. # 1, Bluevale. Sister of Bernice and Wayne Coyle of Delhi, Howard and Shirley Pettit of Southampton, Ruth and Ralph Moore of Orillia, Margaret Smith and Bill and Rose Pettit of Delhi. Lovingly remembered by ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Nathan and Gladys (Beckett) Pettit, her brothers Stewart, Fred and Stan Pettit and her sister Dorothy Sypher. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at Wingham Pentecostal Church on Thursday at 11:00 am. Reverend Timothy Bjorkman officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario. Memorial donations to Wingham and District Hospital, Cancer Society or Wingham Pentecostal Church as expressions of sympathy.
