Obituary of James Beattie

At Abbotsford, BC. on Thursday, January 29, 2009, Mr. Jim Beattie of Wingham, age 77 years. Beloved husband of the late Carol Beattie who predeceased him in 2000. Father of Cheryl Pryce of London and her children Braden and Remira, Maureen and James Kerr of Abbotsford, British Columbia and their children Jocelyn and Maxwell and father-in-law of Dawn Beattie of Windsor and her son Zachary. Brother of Roy and Eleanor Beattie of Crumlin, Northern Ireland and Hugh Beattie of Donaghadee, Northern Ireland. Predeceased by his son Michael in 2005 and his parents Hugh and Ellen (Patterson) Beattie. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Friday, 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 pm Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 11:00 am. Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario.
