Obituary of M. Gertrude Reavie

At Braemar Retirement Centre, on Friday, September 03, 2010, Mrs. Gertrude Reavie of Wingham, age 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Rutherford Reavie, who predeceased her in 1970. Dear mother of Gary and Sherry Reavie of Point Clark and Sharon and Michael Forsyth of Guelph. Mother-in-law of Edith Lamb of Orillia. Loving grandmother of Stephen, Dean, Lynn, Jill, Joelle, Nicole, Christopher and Julie. Also survived by 13 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Bill in 1974, brothers Robert, Elmer and Dan and sisters Jessie Kerr and Edythe Coultes. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Sunday from 1:00 pm. until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 pm. Reverend Bernard Skelding officiating. Final resting place, Wingham Cemetery. Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Braemar Residents Council would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
