Obituary of John Wee Lee

Suddenly, following a short illness, at Grand River Hospital on Monday, December 03, 2012, John Lee of Wingham, age 91 years. Brother of Jim Lee, London (formerly of Wingham); Much loved uncle of Don Lee (Linda), London; Sandra Lee, Goderich; Carl Lee, London; Tom Lee, Kitchener, Bob LaRose (Rosemary), Wingham; Brian LaRose (Colleen), London; Brenda Carvery (Gary), London; Beverly LaRose, Wingham; Rhonda Leslie (Duke), Barrie; Debbie Fitzsimmons (Steve), Bloomingdale; Keven Lee (Pat), Elliott Lake. Also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews. John was the owner of Lee's Restaurant in Wingham, until his retirement in 1980. Predeceased by parents, Wee & Mary (Que) Lee; brothers, Ron Lee, Bill Lee, Charlie Lee and sisters, Jennie Lee and Jean Sue LaRose, sisters-in-law, Catherine Lee and Helen Lee, and, brother-in-law, Murdoch LaRose. Private family funeral arrangements have been entrusted to McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham . Final resting place, Wingham Cemetery. Memorial donations to Wingham and District Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
