Obituary of Ernest Joseph King

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ernie King at Wingham & District Hospital peacefully on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, age 82 years. Beloved husband of the former Darlene Lannin. Dear father of Rick and Mag King of Manitoulin Island, Denise and Grant Gilchrist of Lucknow and Michelle and Cory Seguin of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren Kate, Adam, Brad, Jess and Paige, sisters and brothers Harvey King and friend Yvonne Ladouceur and Cleo and Marie King of Penetanguishene, Ron and Elsie King, Betty and Bob Switzer, Doreen and Ron Jeannotte and Irene and David Desroches of Midland. Also survived by several nieces and nephew. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Alma (Quesnelle) King, and by brothers Martin and Remé King. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Saturday 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Kurtzville on Sunday at 2:00 pm. Reverend Kurt Reinhardt officiating. Interment in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Kurtzville .
