At Clinton Public Hospital, on Thursday, March 22, 2012, Maurice Hallahan of R.R. # 1, Belgrave age 81 years. Beloved husband of Mary (Hicknell) Hallahan. Dear father of Joseph Hallahan of Wingham, Jim and Karen Hallahan of Belgrave, Dennis and Julie-Ann Hallahan of R.R.#3, Blyth, Maryanne and Bill McCormick of Whitechurch, and Irene Hallahan and Rob Deer of Clinton. Loving grandfather of Blaine, Jason, Tyler, Jeff, Kyle, Becky, Connor, Jackson, Lisa, Billy, Amanda and David, and eight great-grandchildren. Brother of Rose Marie Dumais of Waterloo. Predeceased by son Peter Hallahan and granddaughter Tracy Plumsteel. Visitation at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Wingham on Monday at 11:00 am. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 1:00 pm. Father K.P. Morrison officiating. Interment in St. Michael's Cemetery, Municipality of Morris-Turnberry. Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
