Obituary of Gerald Kenneth Snell

At his residence on Sunday, April 28, 2013, Gerald Snell of Bluevale, age 63 years. Dear husband of the former Sherry Johns. Loving father of Rob and Ev Campbell of Guelph, Ashley and Brian Stanchuk of Brandon, Kurtis Snell and Clare Robson of Estevan and Darcie Snell of Winnipeg. Grandfather of Dylan, Ryder, Ryleigh, Kolter, Courtney and Kyla. Son of Glenn and Shirley (Dettman) Snell of Wroxeter and brother of Elaine and Ron Elliott, Katherine and Dave Wilson, all of Palmerston and Murray and Donna Snell of Bluevale. Also survived by his mother-in-law Laura Johns of Listowel, brothers-in-law Robert and Linda Johns of Listowel, Paul Johns and friend Marlene of Barrie, dear friends Kris Johns of Wasaga Beach, James Visser of Bluevale and many nieces and nephews. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home Ltd., Wingham, Ontario on Tuesday, 2:00 pm-4:00 pm and 7:00 pm-9:00 pm. Royal Canadian Legion service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 6:30 pm. Funeral service will be held at McBurney Funeral Home Ltd. on Wednesday at 1:00 pm. Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel, ON. Memorial donations to Wroxeter United Church or the Royal Canadian Legion - Wingham Branch would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
