Obituary of Nella Blake

At Braemar Nursing Home on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, Nella (Zyta) Blake of Wingham passed away at the age of 77.

Devoted wife of Jim MacLean of Wingham. Cherished mom of Barry Blake (Shannon) of Elliot Lake and Laurie Blake (Rick) of Woodstock. Loving grandma of Kyra, Braxton and Carter Blake.  Sister of John Zyta of Atwood, Levina & Bob Yule of Listowel and Aggie Orth of Listowel. Nella will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families. 

Predeceased by her parents Hendrik & Gertie Zyta, daughter Bonnie Blake, brothers Dirk and Adriaan Zyta and sister Greta Smith.

Private arrangements have been entrusted to McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Braemar Resident’s Council would be appreciated.
