Obituary of Janny Fear

At Huronview, Clinton on Saturday, August 24, 2024, Mrs. Janny (Jouwsma) Fear, formerly of Wingham, at the age of 83 years.

Partner of Jim Gunton of Blyth.  Mother of Rosemarie & Martin Shell of Orillia, Murray & Carolyn Fear of Wingham, and David & Laurie Fear of Clifford.  Grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 17.  Sister of Anne Saj of Amsterdam, NY, and Rina Waddell of Staffa.  Also missed by dear friend Donna Haugh of Wingham.

Predeceased by her parents Otto & Pieternella (Pierra) Jouwsma, sisters Nellie Jouwsma, Siebrigje Muscheid, and Dina Nethery, and brothers John Jouwsma, and Kees Jouwsma.

A private family service will be held, with interment in Wingham Cemetery.

In lieu of flower, memorial donations to Wingham & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made through the McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham.
