Obituary of Tanya Sakasov

In loving memory of Tanya Sakasov who passed away peacefully at Roberta Place, Barrie, on Thursday, June 13, in her 81st year.  Tanya was the devoted wife of Basil Sakasov for 56 years. She was the loving mother of Chris (Bonnie), the late Anna Lamon (Tim) and Paul, grandmother of Sydney, Madison, Ryan, Rachel and Tommy and aunt to Margaret (Peter).  Tanya was pre-deceased by her parents Atanas and Stefka Petkov and her brother Petko and sister in-law Rumi.

A funeral will be held in memory of Tanya on Wednesday June 19 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Wingham, ON, with a reception in the fellowship hall following the service.  Tanya will be laid to rest by her family in the Wingham Cemetery prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, the Alzheimer's Society or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
