Obituary of Maida Hunter

At Braemar Nursing Home on Friday, December 15^th, 2023, Mrs. Maida Hunter of Wingham passed away at the age of 106.

Loving mom of Lyn & Joan Hunter of Palmerston, and mother-in-law of Vivian Hunter of Kitchener. Cherished grandma of Mike, Kim, Luke, Shawn & Tania, Cindy, David, Linda, Mandy and Wayne. Maida will be missed by her many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and her extended family.

Predeceased by her husband Murray Hunter, sons Alvin, Vance and George Hunter, five brothers and five sisters.

A graveside service will be held at Maitland Cemetery, Goderich in the spring.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to James Street United Church, Palmerston would be appreciated.
