Obituary of Doris Sanderson

At Braemar, Wingham on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, Mrs. Doris Jean (Murr) Sanderson, formerly of Wroxeter, at the age of 100 years.

Wife of the late William “Mac” Sanderson.  Mother of Sandy & Henny Sanderson of Bluevale, and grandmother of Pam & Kevin Mercer of Mitchell, Lisa & Sheldon Baker of Wingham, Tim Baumber of Vancouver, BC, and Ryan Sanderson of Belmore.  Also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Predeceased by her daughter Mary Sanderson (2009), son Cam Sanderson (2022), grandson Jim Baumber (1996), and brothers Charlie Murr and Layton Murr.

A private family service will take place, with interment in Wroxeter Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made through the McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham.
