Obituary of Olive Zinn

Peacefully at Huronlea in Brussels on Saturday, November 5th, 2022, Olive Zinn of WIngham passed away at the age of 102.

Devoted mother of Randy & Sharen Zinn and mother-in-law of Mary Lamont. Loving grandma of Chris & Wendy Zinn, Courtney Zinn & Chad Stanley and Evan & Erica Zinn. Cherished great-grandma of Ryan, Justin, Azlyn, Breanne and Logan. Dear sister of Kenneth Purdon and sister-in-law of Evelyn & Wallace Carson and Ella Zinn. Olive will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Kenneth Zinn, son Larry Zinn, daughter Betty Hlavach and her husband Mike, brothers Russell Purdon, Clifford Purdon and sisters Verna McClenaghan and Rita Morrison.

A private funeral service will take place at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Wednesday with Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Interment will take place at Wingham Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Gilbert Hall, Wingham or the Huronlea Resident’s Council would be appreciated.
