At her home on Sunday, March 6^th, 2022, Millie Leader of Wingham passed away at the age of 89.

Beloved wife of the late Donald Leader who predeceased her in 2009. Cherished mom of Donna Thacker of London, Dianne & Wayne Johnston of Wingham, Brian & Laurrie Leader of Bowmanville and Ed & Adrianna Leader of Oshawa. Dear mother-in-law of Elizabeth Leader of Calgary. Loving grandma of eleven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Sister-in-law of George Adams of Brussels, Cherie Farrish of Listowel and Helen Farrish of Goderich. Millie will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents Elmer & Hilda (Whyte) Farrish, son Rick Leader, brothers Alex, Jasper, Bower and Johnston Farrish, sisters Martha Farrish and Maxine Adams, brother-in-law Allan Leader and his wife Barb and one granddaughter and one grandson both in infancy.

A private memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 9^th, 2022 at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham at 2:00 p.m. A live-stream of the funeral will be available on our website so you can join us from your home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Wingham & District Hospital (Ladies Auxiliary) would be appreciated.
