Obituary of Gwen Scott

At Alexandra Marine & General Hospital on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, Ms. Gwendolyne Muriel Scott of Goderich and formerly of Barrie passed away at the age of 86.

Beloved daughter of the late Peter & Dora (Lee) Scott. Cherished sister of Patricia (Huck) Tibbles of Alberta. Loving aunt of John and Edward “Ted” Huck. Gwen will be lovingly remembered by her many cousins and their families and her friends.

Gwen was born in Sudbury on September 25^th, 1935. She taught for eighteen years at MacKillop School in Richmond Hill from 1954 until 1972 and later went on to work at Sears Canada from 1973 until her retirement in 1990. She was also a long-time member of Trinity Anglican Church.

A graveside service in the spring will be held at Brandon Cemetery, Belgrave.
