Obituary of Douglas Skinn

At Braemar Nursing Home on Sunday, April 18, 2021, Doug Skinn of Wingham passed away at the age of 79.

Devoted husband of Marie (Adams) Skinn. Loving dad of Steve & Mary Skinn of Wingham and Gary & Crystal Skinn of Orangeville. Cherished grandpa of Nathan (Laura), Jeanna (Drew), Kristen, Lennon and Lily. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Glenn & Eileen Skinn, Mary Ann & Allan Weishar, Barbara & Dennis Heller, Ken Skinn, Brian & Cathy Skinn, Bruce & Jayne Skinn, Gerald & Roseanne Skinn, Paul & Cindy Skinn and Cathy & Larry Machan. Doug will be lovingly remembered by Marie’s family as well as his many cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Alex & Jean (Wheeler) Skinn, brothers Joseph in infancy and Bill Skinn.

Visitation will take place at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Wednesday, April 21^st, 2021 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Due to current restrictions, you must register via our website. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, April 22^nd, 2021 at 11:00. Interment will take place at Wingham Cemetery.
