Dear Mary Ann and all of your family,
I was saddened to learn of the passing of your mother. She was such a wonderful person who always made you feel so welcomed and I was there a lot with you while we went to school. Your mother was a lovely, kind person with a wonderful, warm laugh. She made a home which was beautiful to admire but also comfortable to be invited into. You are so fortunate to have had your mother for such a long time but it is never long enough. She will be missed by so many . My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To all the Cruickshank family
Mom remembers singing in the double trio with Dorothy at St. Andrews many years ago. Mom always enjoyed their time together.
Dorothy was an amazing lady. Whenever we crossed paths, Dorothy was always up for a chat which without fail came around to catching up on our respective families.
Sincere sympathy goes out to all of you in the loss of such an integral part of your family. Dorothy was so loved and that came through in the wonderful video tribute. Thank you for sharing!
Cherish your many memories of your dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Take Care.

My sincere sympathy to the family of Dorothy Cruickshank......
I have many great memories of Bud and Dorothy when I worked for Dorothy. They welcomed me in their home as if I was family. We had great conversations.....Dorothy would show me pics of her children and grandchildren, her family was her life.
I feel honoured to have known Dorothy, she was beautiful inside and out, a kind loving soul.

Sending my sympathy, I have fond memories of Dorothy as a kind, gentle, talented lady. I was fortunate to be part of a group who tried our hand at water colour under Dorothy’s gifted eye. Later in life we reconnected through my position at the medical clinic. Always a pleasure to see her smile. She was a great lady who will be dearly missed. RIP.

Nana was a truly remarkable lady. Classy, innocent, elegent, and perfect. Her love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren was endless. She always had a look of pure joy in our presence. I personally will always remember our trips to Wingham as a little guy and Nana would always be waiting at the front door waiting for us and immediately we were off to the grocery store to buy some snacks for the weekend! She was the kind voice of support when it was needed with a truly gentle touch. We are so fortunate to have had so many years with her. She will be missed by us greatly.

Sincere sympathy to Dorothy’s family. She was proud of family and cottage life was so special.
I first met Dorothy at Huron Chapter #89 in Wingham. I presented her with her 50 or 60 year pin before we had to close.
Then we met at Sepoy Manor when I did a respite and shared the same table at meal time. We always were the last table
to leave after good conversations. Your lovely video tribute will help her many friends to celebrate a life well lived.

I couldn’t have asked for a more nurturing and loving mother.
We will cherish and remember her forever.
