Walter was our neighbor in town. I will always remember him riding his 3 wheel bike around the block. Also the cane he used when he went for a walk, it unfolded into a little seat and he would sit at the corner and watch the traffic! Later Walter came to Braemar when I worked there and we always had great conversations! I enjoyed our chats and he would always joke around with me!! He will be missed and was one of the best neighbors!! RIP Walter.
