Obituary of Jean Ross

At Wingham & District Hospital on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, Jean Ross of Whitechurch, at the age of 83.

Beloved wife of Don Ross. Loving mother of Doug & Mary, Bob & Lois, Dave & Kim and Brian & Laura. Cherished grandma of 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Jim & Evelyn Gaunt and Harley & Wendy Gaunt. Sister-in-law of Sharon Gaunt and Lorraine Ross-Childs. Jean will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by her parents John & Agnes Gaunt, brother George Gaunt, granddaughter Dawn Marie and grandson James.

Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Sunday, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Colin Snyder officiating. Interment will take place in South Kinloss Cemetery, Lucknow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham United Church or the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
