Obituary of John Shaw

At Wingham & District Hospital on Saturday, November 24, 2018, John Shaw of Wingham, at the age of 76.

Beloved husband of Heather Shaw of Wingham. Cherished father of Lianne & John Hietanen and Terri & Wayne Forster. Loving grandpa of Corey & Cassandra Swanson, Ryan & Alicia Swanson, Jenessa Swanson & Brandon Ross, Kyle Forster & Melissa Williams, Ashley Forster, Shawn Forster. Special great-grandpa of Sophie, Nash, Peyton and Brody. Dear brother of Ron Shaw & Carol and Dorothy Clayton. John will be lovingly remembered by Heather’s family as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Predeceased by his parents Louis & Dorothy (Jackson) Shaw, brother-in-law Jack Clayton and sister-in-law Ella Shaw.

Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place in Wingham Cemetery.
