Obituary of Elizabeth Bradshaw

At Listowel Memorial Hospital, on Saturday, July 12, 2014, Mrs. Betty Bradshaw formerly of Wroxeter, age 78 years. The former Betty Newton, beloved wife of the late Harvey Bradshaw who predeceased her in 2011. Dear mother of Vicki and Chris Sturgeon of Wroxeter and Karen Bradshaw of Kilworth. Loving grandmother of Brad Sturgeon and fiancée Carolyn, Laura Sturgeon and fiancé Cole and Selena Kissoon. Sister of Shirley Hart of Wroxeter and sister-in-law of Helen Newton of Wroxeter, Mary Campbell of Wingham, Geraldine Bradshaw of Listowel and Viola Adams & Allan Edgar of Brussels. Predeceased by her parents Reg and Retta (MacArthur) Newton, brothers Jack, Bill and Tom Newton and by her sister Nancy Hayton. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home Ltd., Wingham, Ontario on Tuesday, 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 1:00 pm. Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Final resting place, Wroxeter Cemetery. Memorial donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation, Wroxeter United Church or Fordwich Village Nursing Home Residents Council would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
