I often think of Murray when I'm enjoying a Caeser. I loved the Christmas Eve's we spent together, it was always a favorite part of the holidays for me. I still refer to some things at the store as Murray's. The left side of the electric panel, the red hand cart and the brown carpet roll cart with the 2 different wheels. I spent a lot of time in the chair beside his desk as a kid, he always had great stories and a willing ear. It always felt like a second home at the Gerries. Great memories of Murray & Fran, Pam, Brad and families. Cheer to Murray!

Pat and I, as well as our family and Meme and Pepe, are very sorry for your loss. Murray was a vibrant soul, quick with humour, and he livened any party and many of our shared family celebrations. Fran, Donna and Penny, We were sad to hear about Murray's passing.I have lots of good memories of Murray, through the early years in Wingham. He coached our Pee Wee Hockey team in the early 50's, (lots of fun) We even won some games! John, Peter Nasmith, Ray Heatherington and myself. He was a good person.
