Obituary of Wade Stapleton

At St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener, on Tuesday, August 01, 2017, Mr. Wade Stapleton of  Wingham, age 86 years. Beloved husband of Alice (Marks) Stapleton of Wingham. Loving father of Stan & Gail Stapleton of Wingham. Cherished grandfather of Wes & Amy Stapleton, Scott Stapleton and Ben Stapleton, all of Wingham.  Great-grandfather of Spencer and Ava Stapleton. Brother of Mary St.Martin and Ann Brown both of Ottawa. Brother-in-law of Jack & Doreen Marks of Belgrave and Betty & Bruce Ortlieb of Bluevale. Predeceased by his parents James and Isabelle (Austin) Stapleton, sister Reta Mason and her husband Alfred, brothers Ken Stapleton and his wife Wanda, Bill Stapleton, and brother-in-law Marvin Brown.

Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home Ltd., Wingham, Ontario on Thursday, from 7:00-9:00pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday at 11:00 am.  Reverend Larry Skinner officiating. Interment will take place in Wingham Cemetery.
