Obituary of Willempien Cretier

At Braemar, Wingham, on Saturday, May 09, 2015, Mrs. Willie Cretier of Wingham, age 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Hendrikus J. (Hank) Cretier who predeceased her in 1994. Mother of Martin and Joanne Cretier and Dixie and Dick Askes all of Wingham. Mother-in-law of Henny and Roger Boddy of Kingston. Grandmother of Debbie (John), David, Rob (Diane), Cindy (Jim), Amy (Brian), Janell, Richard (Ruth Anne), Sharon (Ken), Heather, Trevor (Alicia) and fifteen great-grandchildren. Long time friend of Pat Vandenham. Willie was the last surviving member of the Mr. & Mrs. Martin and Fenneigje Yzerman family. Predeceased by her son Harry Cretier in 1995, six sisters and two brothers. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Tuesday, 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 1:30 pm. Reverend Bernard Skelding officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario. Memorial donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church or Wingham and District Hospital would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. ©
