Obituary of Earnest Wendel Walker

At Wingham & District Hospital, on Friday, June 02, 2006, Mr. Ernie Walker of Wingham, age 78 years. Beloved husband of the former Doris Taylor. Dear brother of Howard and Jean Walker and Clarence and Margaret Walker of Wingham. Brother-in-law of Mildred Taylor of Wingham, Vera Miller of London, Maxine Taylor of Wingham and Donald and Marlene Taylor of St. Helen's. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents George and Eva (Humphrey) Walker his brother Wilfred Walker, sister-in-law Ruth Walker and brothers-in-law Murray and Harold Taylor and Gordon Miller. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Monday, 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm Funeral service will be held at the funeral chapel on Tuesday at 2:00 pm. Reverend Wayne B. Beamer officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario. Memorial donations to Wingham United Church Stained Glass Project or Wingham Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
