Best friend of Chris O'Gorman of Walkerton. Loving father of Kate and Ron Tervit of Shelburne. Dear grandfather of Joel Tervit of Shelburne and Nathan and Laura Tervit of Halifax, NS. Dear brother of Cameron and Bea Simmons of London and Allister and Kae Simmons of Dorchester. Predeceased by his brother Arthur. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Tuesday, from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 180 would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
