The former June (Stokes) Fischer, wife of the late Alan McBurney who predeceased her in 2005. Dear mother of David and Sally Fischer of Windsor, NS, and Cathy and Donald Dunbar of R.R. # 1, Belgrave. Step-mother of Richard and Merrilyn McBurney of Blyth, Daniel and Marjorie McBurney of Belgrave and April Cook and Joe Phelan of Blyth. Grandmother of Brent and Ellen Fischer, Amy Fischer, Kyle and Kristen Fischer, Christopher and Stephanie Dunbar, Mandy and Robert Hoang, and Shana Dunbar. Loving great-grandmother of Luna, Camryn, Daniel, Avery, Ainslee, Preston and Easton. Sister of Doris and Gerald Rodges. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Loreen (Thornton) Stokes. Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to McBurney Funeral Home. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario.
