Obituary of Douglas Wayne McArthur

At his residence on Sunday, December 29, 2019, Doug McArthur of Gorrie, at the age of 47.

Cherished son of Ethel & John Rutledge and the late Kenneth McArthur who predeceased him in 2011. Loving brother of Sherry & Gerry Ouellette, Barry McArthur and Paul & Gale McArthur. Step-son of Diane McArthur and step-brother of Deb & Dwayne Letteau and Murray Hickey. Doug will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Josh Roesler and Colby Berry and by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family members as well as all of his friends at H. Kerr in Wingham.

A memorial service to celebrate Doug’s life will take place on Saturday, January 4th, 2020 at Gorrie United Church at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Final resting place, Gorrie Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
