Obituary of Mildred Derbyshire

At her beloved residence in Belgrave, on Thursday, June 20, 2019, Mildred (née Mace) Derbyshire at the age of 92.

Loving wife of the late Murray Derbyshire who predeceased her in 2006. Aunt of Sharron & Ken Schock and Earlene & Mark Comfort. Mildred will be lovingly remembered by her neighbors as well as her friends at the Salvation Army Wingham Corps where she was a valued Army Soldier. Predeceased by her parents Earl & Edith Mace, sister & brother-in-law Doreen (née Mace) & William Priest and parents-in-law Frederick & Marjorie Derbyshire.

A funeral service will be held at McBurney Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with a luncheon at the Salvation Army Wingham Corps to follow. Interment will take place in Mount Hope Cemetery, Brantford. Majors Archie & Marie Simmonds officiating. 

Memorial donations to the Wingham Salvation Army would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
